Our client is a main car dealership looking to recruit an experienced and successful Service Advisor.
Working in a busy Service department, your role will be to oversee the customer journey from start to finish.
1. Meet and greet customers, qualify vehicle details and job-card information to ensure accurate work descriptions, and use diagnostic questioning to identify potential customer concerns effectively.
2. Liaise with workshop control and administration teams to prioritize vehicle workflow and ensure paperwork is completed correctly.
3. Exceed customer expectations and deliver outstanding customer satisfaction by managing their needs and expectations and fulfilling promises.
4. Be experienced in upselling, objection handling, and recording sales activity via DMS.
