Overview
Experienced and committed IT candidate required to join our client as an IT Service Desk Analyst and assist with the smooth running of the IT Service Desk Support team.
Joining a large professional services firm, you will provide support across multiple jurisdictions, being the first point of contact for global users ensuring an excellent level of customer service. The successful candidate will complete daily operational tasks as well as any ad-hoc support setting up meeting rooms, both on and off site, for telephone/video conferencing.
Responsibilities
* Provide first point of contact for global users, delivering high-quality IT service desk support.
* Perform daily operational tasks and ad-hoc tasks as required.
* Set up meeting rooms for telephone and video conferencing, both on and off site.
Qualifications
* Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar IT support role.
* Knowledge of MS Office 365, Windows 11 and iOS-based operating systems.
* Interest in technology with the ability to learn a broad array of networking systems, hardware and software.
* Analytical and problem-solving mindset with strong customer service skills.
