In this key role, youll take the lead in overseeing daily operations, ensuring that every guest enjoys a dining experience that exceeds expectations. Your Role in our Family :
* Assist the Restaurant Manager and Assistant Manager in the smooth day-to-day management
* Supervise, train, and inspire the Brasserie team to consistently deliver exceptional service.
* Ensure compliance with all food and beverage policies, standards and procedures
* Lead by example to guarantee guest satisfaction, ensuring each visit to the Brasserie is memorable.
