As our School Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, parents, and staff, ensuring a warm and professional welcome. You will manage administrative tasks efficiently, contributing to the overall effectiveness of the school.
You will:
• Have experience working in an administrative role (preferably within a school or educational setting).
• Be confident in using IT systems, including Microsoft Office and school management software (or be willing to learn).
• Have excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Be able to multitask and prioritise workload in a busy environment.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Be approachable, friendly, and a team player.
• Be willing to contribute to the wider life of the school.
