Job Purpose:
* Manage a varied caseload involving all aspects of wills, trusts, tax, estate, and succession planning.
* Manage your own smaller, simpler files and liaise with other team members on large/more complex files.
* Interaction with clients and managing expectations.
* Business Development.

Requirements
* Associate Solicitor with 3-6 PQE
* High attention to detail to produce work of a consistently high standard.
* Interest in and aptitude for business development.
* Excellent technical skills
* Good organisation skills with the ability to prioritise and make decisions in a high pressurised environment.
* Commitment to continual professional development.
