We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Director to lead UK sales operations for a leading CDMO specialising in Finished Dosage Form (FDF) products, including tablets, capsules, and injectables. This is a remote role with the opportunity to influence strategy, drive revenue growth, and expand the client base in the UK market.
Key Responsibilities:
 * Develop and execute the UK sales strategy to achieve ambitious revenue targets.
 * Build and nurture strong relationships with key pharma and biotech clients.
 * Identify new business opportunities and manage the full sales cycle, including proposals, negotiations, and contract closures.
 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, marketing, and project management to ensure seamless delivery of client projects.
 * Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy and maintain a competitive edge.
What We’re Looking For:
 * Proven track record in B2B sales within the pharmaceutical/CDMO sector.
 * Experience selling Finished Dosage Form products (tablets, capsules, injectables) is essential.
 * Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
 * Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
 * Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
