Role Overview
The Peripatetic Home Manager will provide flexible leadership and management support across all homes, stepping into full Home Manager responsibility when required and focusing on compliance and improvement when not.
You will report directly to the CEO, taking ownership of assigned tasks, ensuring high-quality care delivery, and helping drive consistency across the group. This role is ideal for someone who is confident leading from the front, highly organised, comfortable with technology, and committed to honesty, efficiency, and integrity in all aspects of their work.
Key Responsibilities
Home Management & Leadership
* Take full operational responsibility for a home when required (e.g. during a Home Manager vacancy, annual leave, or transitional period).
* Lead the home’s team to deliver outstanding, person-centred care and maintain regulatory compliance.
