Join Kids Planet Central Support as a Midweight Graphic Designer. We’re looking for a proactive and personable Midweight Graphic Designer to join our marketing team in Lymm. This role is designed to provide dedicated creative support to our Central Support teams including HR, Finance, and Operations.
We are looking for a designer who enjoys the "consultative" side of the job, someone happy to sit down with internal stakeholders, understand their needs, and translate them into professional, brand‑aligned assets. Your goal is to provide high-quality, efficient support to our organisation.

Key Responsibilities
* Act as the main creative contact for Head Office teams, often working side by side with stakeholders to help visualise and shape their ideas.
* Transforming Assets – Take rough concepts or unbranded internal documents and turn them into polished, professional materials that align perfectly with our master brand guidelines.
* Protecting the Brand – Guide teams away from off‑brand, DIY designs by offering strong, on‑brand alternatives that maintain the Kids Planet premium identity.
* Rolling Out the Master Brand – Adapt and apply high‑level creative from our external agency across a wide range of internal and external touchpoints with accuracy and consistency.
* Managing Your Own Workflow – Prioritise incoming requests, manage your own studio traffic, and keep stakeholders updated on timelines and progress.
Skills & Experience Required
* Service‑Oriented – You genuinely enjoy helping people.
* You’re comfortable sitting with a colleague from Finance or HR to live‑edit a document or brainstorm a layout.
* Midweight Experience – You have the confidence and professional maturity to work independently and manage the expectations of senior internal stakeholders.
* No Need to Reinvent – You understand that our core branding is set by our external agency.
* Technical Expert – Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop). A working knowledge of Canva is useful for helping transition teams into better habits.
* Attention to Detail – Impeccable UK English and a sharp eye for alignment, typography, and consistency.
