Overview
The People & Culture Recruitment
Manager plays a key role in delivering a seamless, luxury-standard experience
for every new team member across the Montcalm Collection. As the first point of
contact in the employee journey, this role is responsible for providing warm,
professional, and values-led support from application through to onboarding and
beyond.
Working closely with the wider
People & Culture team, the Recruitment Manager ensures that recruitment
processes run smoothly, candidates feel informed and welcomed, and hiring
managers are supported at every stage. This position embodies and promotes the

Sustainability through exceptional service, communication, and care.

Desirable
