About the Role
We are seeking a professional, confident, and persuasive telephone operator with a passion for generating new business opportunities. The role involves outbound calling, lead research, booking meetings with decision-makers, and updating CRM systems.
Responsibilities
* Make outbound calls to prospects to set appointments for our sales team.
* Qualify prospects based on energy expenditure/usage.
* Maintain and update CRM records accurately.
* Assist in promoting services and campaigns, including email marketing.
* Identify and follow up on new opportunities outside the CRM database.
* Follow up on leads to meet monthly targets.
* Participate in internal meetings with the Sales Director.
Person Specification
* Proven experience in outbound calling and appointment setting.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Target-driven and determined.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and general business tools.
* Persuasive and influential at all levels.
* Enthusiastic about generating leads and new opportunities.
* Reliable with consistent performance.
* Team player.
