HLTA/Unqualified Teacher Location: Alternative Provision - KS1 to KS4, Burnley Salary: Up to £30,000 (depending on experience) About Us The school is a unique alternative provision supporting children and young people across KS1-KS4 who require short-term intervention, respite, or additional support while working towards a positive transition back into mainstream education or onto a specialist setting. Our provision also plays a vital role in assessing and gathering data to support Education Health and Care (EHC) plan applications. The Role We are seeking a motivated HLTA or Unqualified Teacher who is ready to take on full teaching responsibilities. You will be responsible for planning, delivering, and marking lessons, while supporting children and young people with a wide range of needs. Key responsibilities include: Planning and delivering creative, engaging lessons across KS1-KS4. Marking work and assessing progress to ensure positive outcomes.
