Salary: £40k–£50k base + uncapped commission

Location: Remote, with one day a week in our Milton Keynes office

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5:30 PM (some flexibility required)

Job Type: Contractor, with the potential to grow into a full leadership role

Mind, Money & Business is a coaching company with a global reach. Founded by Mindy Paul, we’ve helped business owners generate over $100 million in revenue in just seven years.


We work with driven, high-performing business owners - helping them scale their income through a mix of business strategy, mindset, and wealth programming. And now, we’re looking for someone to own and lead our sales growth from the inside.


The Role

You’ll be responsible for driving new revenue, managing a strong pipeline of warm leads, developing new opportunities, and over time, building out a sales team underneath you.


This is for someone who wants more than a commission check. It’s for someone who wants to make their mark.


What You’ll Be Doing


* Calling and qualifying leads from our online marketing (150+ leads a day, this is a high-volume role)
* Booking and running high-converting strategy calls with qualified prospects
* Closing sales confidently and consistently
* Attending networking events, tradeshows, and proactively finding new business
* Following up diligently with leads that don’t convert right away
* Keeping our CRM and sales pipeline up-to-date with clean, accurate data
* Becoming an expert in our coaching programs and how we help our clients
* Working closely with the CEO and team to refine and improve our sales strategy
* Delivering a high-touch, professional sales experience from start to finish

* You’re a proven closer with experience in high-ticket sales, coaching, or B2B
* You know how to build rapport and close confidently on the phone or over Zoom
* You’re proactive, self-led, and motivated by results
