At the Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman (PHSO), we make final decisions on complaints that have not been resolved by UK Government departments and the NHS in England. We work closely with people to understand where public services have fallen short. We use insight from our casework to drive improvements across public services.
As we continue to build on our digital journey, this is an exciting time to join. You will have the opportunity to contribute to work that strengthens data protection, cyber security and the responsible use of technology, helping ensure our approach keeps pace with emerging challenges and opportunities.
Our culture is open, inclusive and supportive. We place a strong emphasis on wellbeing, respect and continuous learning, and we work in a modern, flexible way built on trust and autonomy. You will split your time between working from home and spending 40% of your time in our Manchester city‑centre office, where collaboration and connection with your team are an important part of how we work.
