The Role In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the post-completion phase of conveyancing transactions. You will ensure all necessary documentation is processed correctly and in line with procedures. Collaborating closely with various teams, including legal, finance, and client services, you will help ensure that the post-completion process runs smoothly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities Assist with the preparation and management of post-completion documentation, ensuring all paperwork is accurate and complete. Communicate effectively with clients, solicitors, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth post-completion tasks. Maintain and organise records of all post-completion documents and files. Land registry formalities. Prepare and send completion confirmations and other necessary communications. Provide administrative support to the team as needed. About You Previous administrative or assistant level experience within a Post Completion or Conveyancing team. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
