Overview
We’re looking for a skilled Technical Project Manager who thrives on running complex live event productions from start to finish. Our client is a well‑established technical production company delivering high‑end AV, lighting, and staging services across conferences, launches, awards shows, and brand activations throughout the UK.
What you’ll be doing
* Support AV and live event projects from initial brief through to on‑site delivery
* Build and maintain client relationships, understanding technical and creative needs
* Develop technical specifications, quotes, and detailed proposals
* Coordinate in‑house teams and freelance crew
* Manage scheduling, prep, logistics, and on‑site execution
* Oversee budgets, documentation, and H&S compliance
About you
* 2+ years of experience in AV or live event project management
* Strong working knowledge of AV, lighting and staging set‑ups
* Excellent communication, leadership and planning skills
* Proactive, detail‑oriented and solutions‑driven
* Full UK driving license required
* Beneficial: understanding of CAD tools (Vectorworks ideal)
