An ambitious and inclusive secondary school in Oxford is seeking a creative Art & Design Teacher to join its vibrant Visual Arts faculty from September 2025. The successful candidate will deliver exciting and challenging lessons across KS3 and KS4, with potential for KS5 based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver dynamic art lessons that develop student skill and creativity
*
Teach a range of media including drawing, painting, printmaking, and digital art
*
Prepare students for GCSE Art (AQA) through structured portfolio development
*
Organise exhibitions, competitions, and enrichment workshops
*
Contribute to curriculum planning and the department’s collaborative ethos
Requirements:

BA in Art or related discipline + PGCE/QTS
*
Strong portfolio of teaching and subject knowledge
*
Passion for student creativity and diverse expression
*
Confident with assessment and differentiation
