Job Advert Early Years Officer An opportunity has arisen for an Early Years Officer to join the bank casual for Falkirk Council Children’s Services. You will have skills, knowledge and experience of all current Early Learning and Childcare provision and procedures and have a passion for promoting and delivering high quality play and learning both indoors and outdoors. You will work as an effective team member and establish positive relationships with children and families. You will have knowledge and experience of current early learning and childcare provision and procedures. With experience of working with children, you will have an HNC/SVQ Level 3 in Childcare or equivalent. You must be registered with or currently seeking registration with the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC). If you are the successful candidate, you will be required to gain/maintain PVG scheme membership. We are looking for a number of staff who can commit to working Monday to Friday full days to cover short or medium term vacancies or absences on a temporary contract until at least 26th June 2026, with possible extension. Please note the salary in the advert will be adjusted accordingly for term time contracts.
