In this dual-role position, you’ll be responsible for driving both sales and lettings success, building relationships with clients and applicants, and working as part of a supportive, ambitious team.
As a Sales & Lettings Negotiator, you will be offered:
1. Basic Salary circa £25,000 DOE
2. Realistic OTE: £40,000+

As a Sales & Lettings Negotiator, your duties will be:
5. Registering and managing applicant enquiries
6. Conducting viewings and securing offers/applications
7. Building and maintaining strong client relationships
8. Achieving monthly sales and lettings targets
9. Delivering a 5-star customer experience from start to finish
To be considered for the Sales & Lettings role, you must have:
10. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
11. Energetic, persuasive, and target-driven
12. Ideally experience within Estate Agency (Either Sales or Lettings)
13. Highly organised, proactive, and a great team player
14. Full UK driving licence and own vehicle are a must
