We are seeking skilled Bench Hand Joiners / Cabinet Makers to join a busy and growing joinery and fit-out team based in Leicester.
This is an excellent opportunity for experienced professionals to secure a permanent role within a well-established workshop that delivers high-quality bespoke joinery for large and prestigious projects across the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
* Bench hand joinery and cabinet making to a high standard.
* Reading and working from technical drawings.
* Confident use of woodworking machinery, power tools, and hand tools.
* Working independently as well as part of a team.
* Maintaining high standards of accuracy, safety, and workmanship.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in bench hand joinery or cabinet making.
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
* Competent in the safe use of woodworking machinery and tools.
* Positive, proactive approach with willingness to learn new skills.
Working Hours:
* 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday).
* Early finish on Fridays.
Start Date: Immediate
Pay Rate: Dependent on experience, with overtime opportunities available.
