You'll play a vital role supporting the advisers and Paraplanners and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the business. Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to Financial Advisers and Paraplanners Prepare client reports, documentation, and meeting packs Manage client records and ensure data is accurately maintained Liaise with clients and providers via phone and email Assist with processing new business and policy tracking Support compliance and regulatory procedures We’re open to a range of experience levels, so whether you’re just starting out or already in a similar role, looking to progress, you could be a great fit.
