Required Skills: experienced Recruiting Business Partner with skills/expertise in full lifecycle hiring from taking a quality position brief - building a strong and inclusive assessment plan - finding and engaging talent - managing the offer and close process including building competitive compensation packages
Experience: Established and successful Recruiter who has worked In-house and preferably also has experience working at a Recruiting agency. Must have experience hiring in the Technology sector.
Key Responsibilities: Partner with the business to identify role requirements, build talent attraction strategies, and assess candidate suitability for highly specialised roles, collaborate with hiring managers, interview candidates, provide candidate insights, and interpret data on assigned projects. Operates as a Business Partner and will be required to challenge, influence and add value across all parts of the hiring process.
