Quantity Surveyor – OCU (Peterborough)
Location: Peterborough, UK
Salary: Competitive + Company Car or Car Allowance + Benefits
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent
OCU Group is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team in Peterborough. You’ll play a key role in managing project costs, ensuring value for money, and supporting the delivery of high-quality infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and manage project budgets and cost plans
* Conduct valuations and manage subcontractor payments
* Monitor project progress and provide financial reports
* Ensure compliance with contractual and commercial requirements
Requirements
* Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
* Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within utilities or infrastructure
* Strong analytical and negotiation skills
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
