Responsibilities
* Helping with washing and dressing
* Assisting with feeding and mealtimes
* Knowing residents' interests and needs
* General housekeeping such as tidying residents' private bedrooms and communal areas
* Supporting each resident's physical and mental wellbeing through activities
* Providing 24‑hour care – day shifts from 8 am to 8 pm, night shifts from 8 pm to 8 am
Shift Patterns (Night Contracts)
* 8 pm until 8 am
