Based in Swansea, you will travel regionally to visit patients at home, delivering specialist treatment and making a real difference in people’s lives.
Responsibilities
* Administer a range of IV therapies as specified in patient care plans, ensuring safe and high-quality nursing care.
* Provide holistic, one-to-one nursing care in the patient’s home and tailor care to individual needs.
* Build strong relationships with patients, stakeholders, and support networks to facilitate treatment and recovery.
Requirements
* Current Registered General Nurse (RGN) with NMC registration.
* Competence in administering IV therapies, venepuncture, and sub-cutaneous injections; cannulation skills are advantageous.
* Experience in conducting holistic clinical assessments.
* A full UK driving licence is essential due to regional travel to patients at home.
