As a Support Worker in Llantwit Major, you’ll help make the everyday remarkable for the people we support. Role: Support Worker Location: Llantwit Major, Vale of Glamorgan Hours: We have both part time (minimum 10 hours per week) and full time hours (maximum 40 hours per week), please speak to us about the hours you are looking to do. What you’ll be doing: You’ll be joining a dedicated team providing care and support to four individuals in their own home, each with unique needs and personalities. This includes supporting one person who experiences OCD and another who requires some personal care. They enjoy eating out, visiting farms, and gardening at the allotments. While they require minimal support, there may occasionally be some challenging behaviour. In this role, you’ll help enhance well-being and create meaningful, positive experiences every day. By focusing on what matters most to each person, you’ll make a real difference — helping them live fulfilling, independent, and enjoyable lives. This is a rewarding, person-centred role for someone who values compassion, patience, and making everyday moments remarkable. No experience required as full training is provided.
