You will be responsible for liaising with buyers, sellers, solicitors, and mortgage brokers, keeping all parties informed and resolving issues to maintain momentum and achieve successful outcomes. What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities): Managing the sales progression process from offer agreed through to completion Liaising with buyers, vendors, solicitors, and mortgage lenders Monitoring progress of each transaction and resolving any issues or delays Providing regular updates to all parties involved Ensuring compliance with company procedures and industry regulations Maintaining accurate records and updating CRM systems Supporting negotiators and branch staff with sales-related administration Chasing documentation, searches, and contracts to keep transactions moving Delivering a high standard of customer service throughout the process What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience): Previous experience in a Sales Progressor or similar property role Strong understanding of the residential sales process Excellent communication and organisational skills Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously Proactive approach to problem-solving High level of attention to detail Professional and personable manner Ability to work effectively in a busy environment Knowledge of the Canterbury property market advantageous What's In It For You?
