Key Account Manager – Digital Marketing

Are you a strategic thinker with a focus on client success and digital marketing performance?
We’re growing fast and looking for a Key Account Manager to join our team and manage a portfolio of 5–10 high-value clients across the UK.
You’ll play a pivotal role in driving client growth, retention, and satisfaction—while enjoying uncapped bonus potential through upselling, cross-selling, and renewals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Own and grow a portfolio of key clients.
* Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and lead renewals.
* Deliver strategic insights through data analysis and reporting.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
* Mentor junior account managers and contribute to process improvements.
* Stay ahead of digital marketing trends (SEO, PPC, etc.)
Skills and Experience:
* Proven experience in Key Account Management (marketing/digital preferred)
* Strong commercial awareness and client-first mindset
* Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
* Experience with SEO, PPC, or digital marketing is a plus (training provided)
* Experience of working with healthcare clients.
