With 5+ years’ PQE, you will join a collaborative and energetic team, working closely with partners on a broad range of high-quality corporate and commercial matters, while also mentoring and supporting junior colleagues.
The role will involve leading and advising on matters including:
· Mergers and acquisitions
· Demergers
· Joint ventures
· Commercial agreements
In addition to transactional work, this position offers genuine scope to raise your profile within the market through business development, networking, and representing the firm at key events. You will also work alongside an experienced marketing team to support strategic growth initiatives and further strengthen the team’s presence across the region.
