CroisiEurope Cruises has over fifty ships in service offering more than 180 itineraries and sailing on over thirty waterways worldwide. With close to 50 years of experience the company is based in Strasbourg and is family run. With river cruise ships, canal barges, African lake cruisers and two ocean ships the company is passionate about providing unforgettable cruises aligned with high level of service and award-winning cuisine.

The company’s UK business continues to grow year on year driven primarily by group and charter business alongside FIT B2B and B2C sales. A key strategy is to grow further the groups and charter business, and this will be a primary focus for this role.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and ambitious individual, who is flexible, highly organised, and excellent at collaborating with partners at all levels, to join an exciting cruise business!


What will the job entail?


Build and manage strong relationships with existing and new trade and industry partners, including tour operators, group, and charter clients and travel agents. You will assist with day-to-day sales enquires, visiting key accounts regularly as well as delivering product and brand presentations and training where necessary.

Work and support the business in delivering our strategy and core initiatives, including identifying new opportunities, organising, and attending events, and representing our brand.

Schedule follow-up activities and support the UK Sales Director and the existing team (both in the UK and Strasbourg) whenever possible.

Attend trade and consumer shows, sales meetings, FAM trips and conferences where required and co-ordinate these when needed.

Supporting the business at all levels with new lead generation.


What we are looking for:


You will have previous travel industry and sales experience with established commercial contacts in key group and charter organisers as well as tour operators and key UK travel agents.

A solid history of achieving and exceeding sales and/or service targets.

You will need to demonstrate previous examples of developing new business and sales accounts across both groups and charters but also FIT B2B accounts

You will be IT literate (especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) with good attention to detail and strong analytical skills.

You will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Be prepared to think creatively and decisively to develop new accounts and revenue generation.
