Description
Purchase invoice processing to Sage
Purchase order matching
Supplier statement review and reconciliation
Creditors ledgers reconciliations
Issuing payment remittances
Preparing payment runs and processing supplier payments
Dealing with supplier accounts and queries
Investigating and resolving invoice queries
Providing information and support to other departments in the business, as requiredProfile
A successful Accounts Payable candidate should have:
Previous experience in an accounts payable or similar role .
A good understanding of accounting and finance principles.
Proficiency in using accounting software Sage and MS Excel.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
The ability to work effectively in a team and meet deadlines.Job Offer
A competitive salary of £25,000 to £29,000 per annum.
