You'll play a key role in delivering efficient hearing screening services and outstanding customer care across both NHS and private pathways.
Your Role
In this varied and rewarding role, you'll be supported by a qualified Hearing Aid Dispenser (HAD) and will work closely with them to build your skills and complete your training.
Responsibilities include:Supporting hearing clinics and rehabilitation servicesAssisting with minor repairs and microsuction (if required)Booking appointments and handling administrative tasksDelivering excellent customer serviceWhere You'll WorkYou'll be based primarily at our Cambridge store, but must be able to travel to Newmarket, Royston, St Ives and Bar Hill.A full UK driving licence and access to a car is essential for this role.
What We OfferStarting salary: £27,000 per annum, with increases as you complete each of the 3 training modules
Full-time role: 5 days over 7, including either Saturday or Sunday
Core business hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm
