2. Contribute to planning and executing engaging campaigns for airport-wide initiatives.
3. Manage key communication channels such as newsletters, intranet, digital signage, and team briefings.
4. Write and edit clear, compelling content tailored to different audiences and platforms.
5. Use creativity to bring communication campaigns to life in fresh and memorable ways.
6. Build strong working relationships with teams across the business to understand their communication needs.
7. Ensure messages reach all colleagues by considering diverse perspectives and communication preferences.
8. Discover and share inspiring stories and updates that celebrate achievements and build community.
9. Collaborate with marketing and external communications teams to maintain consistent messaging.
10. Monitor communication effectiveness and suggest improvements to enhance reach and impact.

16. Profficience in MS Office Suite
17. Experience dealing with multiple stakeholders up to Director level
18. Experience with multiple internal communication chanels
19. Experience of using inDesign/Photoshop would be beneficial
