Head of Ecommerce – Luxury Menswear Brand
Responsibilities
* Lead the e‑commerce function across trade, site design, development, merchandising, UX and CRO while building and managing a robust tech stack
* Own full e‑commerce P&L and manage budgeting in line with monthly forecasting
* Deliver product, collection and collaboration launches timely and accurately
* Manage a team to deliver world‑class basics across the website and all e‑commerce functionalities
* Spearhead and champion AI opportunities on the website and streamline workflows across the department
* Use Shopify Liquid and manage a development team in‑house
* Lead all customer retention strategies and best practices across CDP, e‑mail, SMS, WhatsApp, push and loyalty
* Track and own all e‑commerce KPIs including LTV, CVR, AOV, UPT, ASP
* Manage and grow the mobile app
* Build out localisation proposition across core and emerging markets including languages and personalisation
* Work closely with brand & broader commercial teams to feed in data‑driven analytics and insights
* Keep up to date with new technology and stay current on the ever‑changing e‑commerce landscape
* Manage the e‑commerce team workload and hire to fill gaps
* Collaborate cross‑functionally with paid marketing, operations, logistics, merchandising, CX, marketing and brand partnerships
* Continuously improve website performance and customer journey
* Manage SEO and agentic search strategy to increase visibility across search engines and LLMs
Requirements
* Experience running a £50m revenue D2C website in the last 5 years, with the US a key market
* 5+ years managing or leading a digital retail/e‑commerce P&L, with cross‑border fashion/apparel experience a major plus
* Full working/leading edge knowledge of CRO techniques
* Full working/leading edge knowledge of CRM strategies and tactics to drive cLTV
* Great knowledge of Shopify+ and ideally Ometria, Attentive and Global‑E
* Global experience (USA, Europe)
