The Recruitment Crowd are searching for a talented and experienced Deputy Care Home Manager who is seeking an exciting opportunity within a luxury nursing home in Gosforth-Newcastle!
Working in collaboration and harmony with the Home Manager and the wider multi-disciplined teams, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth, efficient running of the home.

Job description:
The duties of our Deputy Managers are vast and varied, including all aspects of excellent nursing and residential care, open communication, supporting and maintaining budgetary and financial controls, and being personally accountable for Human Resources.
You will act in the best interests of all involved, promote engaging marketing initiatives, guide and coach colleagues in training and development, and pursue your own professional growth.
Through supervision and personal attention, you will care for all areas of the home, from laundering residents' personal items to managing complex emergencies such as serious accidents or infectious disease outbreaks. You will demonstrate confidence and flexibility, imparting knowledge to colleagues to ensure high standards are maintained.

Key duties and responsibilities:

This role could be for you if you have:
* Minimum Level 4 NVQ in Health and Social Care
* Experience in healthcare sector
* Management/Leadership experience and qualification (desirable)
* Hold an NMC (Nursing and Midwifery) certificate with an active PIN (Essential)
Qualifications required:
* NMC registered nurse with relevant post-registration experience (Essential)
* Minimum Level 4 NVQ in Health and Social Care
