So, what’s the job? You’ll lead and strategically direct the global security and intelligence function across all regions. You’ll oversee global intelligence collection and dissemination to ensure accurate and timely security messaging. You’ll provide executive-level advice on intelligence outputs, crisis communications, and situational awareness. You’ll evaluate and validate security alerts from third-party providers for operational impact. You’ll manage relationships with external intelligence providers for credible reporting. You’ll govern internal protocols for monitoring and communicating security events and enhance technical intelligence capabilities across regional and functional teams. You’ll design and execute training programs to maintain best practices. You’ll author and approve intelligence briefings and risk assessments. You’ll ensure best-in-class customer service aligned with SLAs and compliance. You’ll lead crisis-related communications aligned with brand and regulatory standards. And what are we looking for? You’ll have obtained a qualification in security and/or intelligence. You’ll have extensive experience in an intelligence environment. You’ll be skilled in collecting, processing, and disseminating intelligence. You’ll demonstrate knowledge of intelligence practices using technology. Ideally, you’ll have experience in travel risk environments (highly regarded). You’ll understand travel risk management principles. You’ll communicate clearly and effectively and be highly organised with strong administrative skills. You’ll show excellent planning and attention to detail. So, why choose us?
