Hays Education is currently looking to recruit Early Years and Reception Teachers to work in a primary school in the South Bristol area. The school is seeking a teacher to work 5 days a week in their Reception class. This primary school received an Outstanding rating in their last Ofsted inspection. Hays Education understands that many teachers wish to work within the classroom but also have family or other commitments. We aim to support teachers in balancing their workload with their personal commitments.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this position, you must have qualified teacher status or be completing your induction year. Recent classroom experience within the last five years and familiarity with recent curriculum changes are required. You should be a creative and positive teacher, adaptable to new environments and situations, and maintain professionalism at all times. Strong classroom management skills and the ability to adapt to unfamiliar plans and timetables are essential. Good communication skills are crucial for interacting with TAs and school staff.
