We are seeking a dedicated Production Operative to join our team at Hinckley. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling various tasks within our production operation, ensuring tasks are carried out efficiently whilst following all H&S procedures.
Main Responsibilities will include:
1. Being accountable for own and others' health and safety at work, operating in line with SSOW (safe systems of work) and company procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
2. Raising any unsafe acts immediately and reporting health and safety incidents to management.
3. Achieving set productivity and performance targets while maintaining quality standards.
4. Carrying out daily warehouse and/or production activities.

Preferred requirements:
* Background in corrugator board manufacturing (desirable but not essential).
* Experience working in a production/machine operating environment.
* Basic maths skills for inventory tasks.
* Familiarity with warehouse management systems (desirable).
* FLT License for Reach Truck & Counterbalance (desirable).

Location: Hinckley
Working hours: Jan to Jun: 37.5 hrs – Mon–Thurs 06:00–14:00 / Fri 06:00–11:00; or late shift - Mon–Thurs 14:00–22:00 / Fri 11:00–16:00. July to Dec: 40 hours.
