Job Description We are seeking a proactive and reliable Project Manager to take overall responsibility for managing a range of works including construction, refurbishment, and property maintenance projects. The role involves overseeing day-to-day site operations, coordinating labour and subcontractors, managing multiple ongoing jobs, and ensuring all works are delivered efficiently, safely, and to a high standard. The successful candidate will act as a key point of contact for clients and will play an important role in supporting the growth of the business. Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage multiple projects including extensions, refurbishments, and maintenance works Take full responsibility for day-to-day site operations and coordination
Manage labour, subcontractors, and material deliveries across projects
Ensure all works are carried out in line with drawings, specifications, and required standards
Monitor progress, quality, and timelines across all active jobs
Identify and resolve issues on site proactively
Maintain site organisation, safety, and compliance Operations & Coordination
Plan and organise work schedules across multiple sites
Coordinate different trades and ensure smooth workflow
Manage small works, reactive maintenance, and ongoing refurbishment tasks
Track materials and site requirements
Report regularly on project progress and performance Business & Client Management
Act as the main point of contact for clients
Attend site visits and meetings
Assist with preparing quotations and scopes of work
Follow up on enquiries and support securing new projects
Maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers Requirements
Experience in construction, refurbishment, or property maintenance
Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
Good understanding of site operations and construction processes
Ability to read and interpret drawings
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Good communication and client-facing ability
