Working Hours: Full time, Monday - Thursday 08:00 - 16:30 and Friday 08:00 - 15:30
HRGO Recruitment is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Stock Control Assistant to join our client's Quality Control department at their clothing and equipment manufacturing company. If you are passionate about maintaining excellence and ensuring stock quality, this role is for you!
Experience in quality control is required.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Monitor and evaluate stock quality to ensure it meets company standards.
2. Conduct thorough quality inspections and audits of inventory.
3. Liaise with the team.
4. Update spreadsheets accurately, including stock taking of specific items.
5. Create label artwork for clothing using Corel Draw.
6. Ensure product information and layouts on tags are correct.
7. Check products upon arrival via containers or airfreight.
8. Report incorrect stock and email suppliers abroad.
9. Serve as the first point of contact after goods are checked in.
10. Liaise with the Clothing Production Department.
Required Skills:
1. Previous experience in quality control or stock management.
2. Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
3. Knowledge of SIRIUS match balls (preferred).
4. Strong organizational and time management skills.
5. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
6. Proficient in stock management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
7. Excellent communication skills for interdepartmental interfacing.
8. Problem-solving skills to identify and address quality concerns efficiently.
