Mechanic - Multi-Brand Workshop
Location: Hastings
Salary: £32,000 - £40,000 (depending on experience & qualifications) + Bonus
Schedule: Monday to Friday, Saturdays on a rota

About the Role:
You'll be working in a fast-paced, multi-brand workshop environment, handling everything from routine servicing and maintenance to diagnostics and repairs. This position is ideal for someone with a strong work ethic and a passion for delivering quality workmanship.
What We're Looking For:
NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent) - Essential
MOT licence - Preferred
Solid servicing and diagnostics experience
Main dealer experience - Preferred
Full UK driving licence
DBS certificate
Strong teamwork and a customer-focused attitude
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out vehicle services and repairs in line with manufacturer standards
Diagnose and repair faults and non-routine issues
Ensure all work is completed efficiently and to the highest standard
Maintain clear communication with colleagues and customers
