Reporting into Head of Healthcare Operations, in this role, you’ll take ownership of your region, creating and implementing a strategic business plan to achieve targets and foster a culture of outstanding customer care. You’ll ensure compliance with legal and professional standards, build strong relationships with local commissioners, and champion innovation in pharmacy services.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Support pharmacy teams to hit KPIs and deliver exceptional service.
* Drive NHS items growth, commissioned services, and private opportunities.
* Create development plans for Pharmacy Managers and Pharmacists.
* Oversee audits and adherence to SOPs.
* Strengthen relationships with healthcare professionals and internal teams.
* Support ER resolution and foster a positive work environment.
We’re Looking For
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Commercial acumen and results-driven mindset.
* Experience managing remote teams.
* In-depth knowledge of the Pharmacy Contract.
* Full UK driving licence.
