A role you will love As one of our Solutions Architects, be responsible for designing and overseeing scalable, integrated technology architectures that enhance customer engagement across voice and digital channels. Within this role, you will be collaborating with cross functional teams both within technology and the wider business to ensure operational efficiency. Some key responsibilities include: Defining technical roadmaps, guiding platform integration (IVR, WFM, omnichannel routing). Understanding organisational objectives and external drivers, for example, legislation or financial constraints. Working with others to develop business and technical strategies. Building excellent relationships with senior stakeholders across multiple business or technical areas in the organisation. Providing solution design and architecture delivery. Collaborate across business and technical teams to ensure smooth, compliant integrations that deliver strategic value. What will you bring to the role? As you’ve probably gathered by now, we are looking for somebody with a real passion for Architecture & Technology and will have the ability provide excellent architectural direction to our teams. With this role being a key part of our Architecture team, you will be experienced in managing and building excellent stakeholder relationships with people at all levels. Other key skills required for the role include: Significant experience in a Solutions Architect role. Experience in Cloud Architecture, Data Integration & security. Good understanding of Data Architecture and implementation patterns. Demonstrable experience in working closely with delivery teams providing design and delivery assurance. Excellent knowledge & experience in using TOGAF. Experience in Cloud Technologies (Azure). A deep expertise in call centre solutions, particularly Genesys and customer communications platforms.
