Assistant Service Manager - Gainsborough, Lincolnshire
We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Service Manager in Gainsborough, Lincolnshire, on a full-time contract (37.5 hours per week). A full UK driving licence is ideally required for this role. This position offers a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to advance their career and develop professionally.
As an Assistant Service Manager, you will report to the Service Manager and work alongside them to support a team of Support Workers, ensuring the smooth operation of the service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Communicate effectively with the people we support, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
* Support in leading and managing a team.
* Be flexible to provide adequate support across the management team on site.
* Supportive supervisory experience is desirable but not essential.
* Be IT literate.
Ideally, you will be a driver, as there are multiple services across Gainsborough, with training potentially taking place in Peterborough.
What You Will Do:
* Confidently operate computers and electronic systems.
* Assist the Service Manager with management tasks.
* Support the development of the team.
* Ensure compliance across the team and service.
