KS1 Teacher Responsibilities
· Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons tailored to the needs of KS1 students.
· Implement engaging teaching strategies to inspire and motivate learners.
· Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and setting targets for improvement.
· Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes respect and collaboration.
· Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding student progress and wellbeing.

KS1 Teacher Requirements
· Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
· Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
· Experience teaching in KS1 (Year 1 or Year 2) in a primary school setting.
· Strong understanding of the National Curriculum and assessment methods for KS1.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to differentiate instruction to meet individual learning needs.
· Commitment to ongoing professional development and current educational practices.
· Flexibility and teamwork skills to thrive in a collaborative environment.
