This full-time contract position is ideal for someone with strong experience in structured commercial insurance markets and a deep understanding of broking workflows. Key Responsibilities: Placement Process Transformation Collaborate with business and operations teams to define and optimise placement workflows. Support solution design, testing, and implementation phases, including training and post-launch support. Improve processes across document creation, order handling, endorsements, and post-placement activities.Stakeholder Engagement Act as a conduit between broking teams, operational leads, technology partners, and external vendors. Lead workshops and interviews to gather and translate business requirements.Process & Systems Analysis Map current and future state workflows using tools like Visio and JIRA. Work with broking platforms and CRM integrations (e.g., Salesforce). Ensure alignment with internal governance and industry conduct standards.Governance & Reporting Maintain RAID logs and contribute to project documentation. Deliver insights and metrics to support continuous improvement. What You'll Bring: Proven experience in insurance broking, ideally within structured or regulated markets such as the London insurance ecosystem. Strong understanding of placement processes across the full lifecycle. Proficiency in tools like Azure DevOps, Visio, and Salesforce. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
