Base pay range
Maintenance Officer (Oxford) — County Rents is a family-owned leader in Temporary Accommodation with 20+ years in social housing. We’re growing our Oxfordshire team with hands-on Maintenance Officers who keep our homes safe and welcoming for families in need.
What You’ll Do
* Turn around void properties and carry out basic repairs (electrical/plumbing/trades).
* Diagnose faults, identify hazards, and make safe/resolve where appropriate.
* Record visits clearly—upload reports and condition videos promptly.
* Be the link between tenants and our Service Centre—clear, proactive updates.
* Pitch in on ad-hoc tasks and take part in an on-call rota when required.
