Open Events
Recruitment open event – Clinical Supervisors (Band 6). We are hosting open sessions to provide information about nursing career opportunities and to speak with current staff. Spaces are limited; please book to avoid disappointment. The events last approximately an hour and a half. You will have the opportunity to ask questions.

The Role

Who we are looking for
* You will be registered as an Adult nurse on Part 1 of the NMC register
* Excellent clinical decision-making skills with the ability to provide continuous clinical supervision, engagement, and leadership remotely
* Extensive post-registration experience, preferably within acute or primary care, with knowledge across multiple specialties
* Strong decision-making and communication skills
* Self-disciplined with excellent time management
Salary and Benefits
NHS 24 offers a total reward package, with a permanent Band 6 contract (£41,608 - £50,702 pro rata for part-time). Placement on the salary scale depends on prior NHS service. Enhanced pay for unsocial hours is also included.
* Basic Hourly Rate £21.57
* Saturday/After 8pm Weekday £32.34
* Sunday/Public Holiday £43.13
* Shift pattern uplift around 33% depending on role and hours
