We’re looking for a qualified, proactive, and well-organised Pension Scheme Audit Manager to join our team.
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Pension Scheme Audit Manager at Assure UK, located in Banbury, with flexibility for some remote work.
About the role
As a Pension Scheme Audit Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing pension audits, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
Your day-to-day tasks will include:
* Reviewing financial information
* Managing audit teams
* Providing guidance to clients
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the ongoing improvement of our audit processes.
Your skills and experience
* Strong knowledge of pension audit principles, standards, and regulatory requirements
* Experience in managing and leading audit engagements
* Good understanding of financial accounting and reporting
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients and team members
* Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
* Proficiency in relevant audit tools and software
* Relevant professional qualifications such as ACCA or ACA
* Prior experience in pension audit or assurance is preferred
* Strong organisational and time management skills
