Location: Newry
Job Type: Full-time

Overview
A well-established steel manufacturing company in Newry is seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join their team. The successful candidate will support daily administrative operations, with a strong focus on transport coordination and warehouse documentation.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide general administrative support to the office and operations teams
* Coordinate transport schedules and liaise with drivers and logistics providers
* Manage warehouse paperwork including delivery notes, dispatch records, and stock documentation
* Maintain accurate records and update internal systems
* Communicate with suppliers, customers, and internal departments
* Assist with invoicing, filing, and reporting when required
* Ensure all documentation is organised and compliant with company procedures
Requirements
* Previous experience in office administration
* Experience working in transport, logistics, or warehouse administration is highly desirable
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
* High attention to detail
