Temporary Administrative Assistant – Export Documentation
Location: Evesham
Pay Rate: £12.70 per hour
Contract: 6 weeks
Responsibilities
* Reviewing paper files stored in the warehouse
* Uploading missing paperwork (such as signed collection notes) into our system
* Contacting a small number of customers to gather missing export evidence
* Collating and uploading emailed documents against invoices, ensuring accuracy and consistency
* Supporting colleagues across Logistics, Supply Chain and Finance with documentation queries
Qualifications
* Previous admin experience (ideally in logistics, supply chain, or export documentation)
* Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
* Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
* Good communication skills when liaising with customers and internal teams
* Able to manage your own workload and meet deadlines within the 6-week timeframe
